1. What you get

This isn’t a quick cheat sheet. It’s 96 pages covering 50+ AI tools across 9 categories, each one profiled the same clear way: what it does, exactly how to get started, a real prompt or example to try immediately, and how a small business would actually put it to work.

2. Monthly updates

AI tools change constantly: prices move, plans get renamed, new models launch and some tools disappear. To keep the guide useful, The AI Index is reviewed and updated once a month.

A monthly update can include:

• Price and plan changes for tools already in the guide
• Major new releases, such as a new model from OpenAI, Anthropic or Google
• New tools added, and tools removed if they shut down or stop being worth recommending
• Corrections to anything that is wrong or out of date, including errors reported by readers

Some months will bring bigger changes than others. If nothing important has changed, the update may be small, but the guide is still checked.

3. How you receive updates

• When a new version is released, you’ll receive an email from Payhip with a fresh download link to the latest version.
• Your download limit is reset with each update email, so you can always get the newest file.
• The email goes to the address you used at checkout, so please enter it carefully and check your junk or spam folder if you don’t see it.
• Missed an update or lost your link? Email aiindexsupport@gmail.com with the email address you bought with, and we’ll send you the latest version.

4. Accuracy and independence

• Prices in the guide are approximate, converted to Australian dollars, and correct at the time of each update. Always check a tool’s own website before you subscribe to anything.
• The guide gives general information to help you choose and use AI tools. It is not financial, legal, tax or professional advice.
• Ten tools in the guide are marked TESTED, meaning they were used hands-on for the guide. Other ratings are informed judgements based on documentation, pricing and reputation, and the guide says so.
• The AI Index is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of the tools or companies it covers. All product names and trademarks belong to their owners.

5. Your licence to use the guide

When you buy the guide, you receive a personal licence to use it. That means you can:

• Read it on as many of your own devices as you like, and print a copy for yourself
• Use everything you learn from it in your own work or business

You can’t:

• Share, forward or upload the PDF for other people to download, including in group chats, forums, shared drives or social media
• Resell it, give it away, or include it in another product, course or bundle
• Copy large parts of it into your own content or claim it as your own work

6. Refunds

Because the guide is a digital product delivered instantly, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind, for example if you no longer want it, bought it by mistake, or already knew the information.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund, replacement or fix if the product:

• Is faulty, for example the file won’t open or pages are missing or corrupted
• Is significantly different from how it was described on the sales page
• Doesn’t do what we told you it would do

Often the quickest fix is simply sending you a working copy, and we’ll always try that first if the problem is with the file.

7. Your information

• Payments are processed securely by Payhip and its payment partners (Stripe or PayPal). We never see or store your card details.
• We receive your name and email address so we can deliver the guide, send you updates and answer your questions.
• We don’t sell or share your details. If we ever send news about new products, every email will include a way to opt out.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if the update schedule changes. The current version will always be available on the sales page, with its effective date shown at the top. Changes won’t take away anything you were promised when you bought the guide.
